To make sure your customers can see your bookable slots, you'll need to set up your availability. Your availability refers to your working hours; when you're available to take bookings.
By default, Sign In Scheduling permits one appointment per slot. In other words, once that slot for that specific service has been booked, nobody else can book it. This prevents double bookings.
However, if you'd like to keep your slots open for more than one customer at a time, you can! You'll simply need to add simultaneous availability.
This guide explains how to understand and use simultaneous availability.

How to find the simultaneous availability setting
The option to add simultaneous availability can be found in two places.
If you're wanting to add simultaneous availability for specific blocks of your working hours, head to 'Calendar' > 'Working hours' and click on the day you'd like to edit. You'll find the simultaneous availability option under the 'Advanced settings' drop-down tab in the sidebar.
If you'd like to apply simultaneous availability across the board, to all of your working hours and all of your bookable services, head to 'Manage > Booking Process > Booking Pages & Links' and then click on the 'Advanced options' drop-down. You'll find the option by scrolling down to the 'Simultaneous availability setting' section.
How does simultaneous availability work?
Simultaneous availability works by opening up your slots to more than one customer at a time.
Note: this is different from the option to take group bookings. For more info on how to take group bookings, click here.
Perhaps there are multiple staff members available to host the same service at the same time, or one staff member is able to host more than one appointment at once. Simultaneous availability is designed to be used in these scenarios.
If you wanted, for example, to permit four customers to book their appointments within the same time slot, you'd enter the number 4 into the simultaneous bookings box.
By default, the simultaneous bookings number is set to 1. If you want to avoid double bookings, don't change this number! Entering any number higher than 1 will mean that multiple customers can book the same time slot.
