How to mark customers as arrived/no-shows
To get started, head to your Sign In Scheduling calendar and click on the relevant booking.
Within the booking details sidebar, you'll see the name(s) of the customer(s) on that booking. Next to their names, you'll find the options to mark them as either 'Arrived' or 'No-show'.
To mark a customer as arrived, click on the green tick. To mark them as a no-show, click the no sign.
For class bookings with multiple customers, within the booking sidebar you'll see the name of one customer followed by '(+ more)'. Click on the customer's name to open the drop-down list of all customers on that booking. You'll then find the option to mark the status of each customer's attendance individually.
For appointments that were booked and took place in the past without recorded attendance, you'll find large arrived and no-show buttons at the bottom of the booking information sidebar when you click on the booking.
Once you've marked a customer's attendance status, you'll see this reflected in the booking activity window along with the name of the staff member who marked it.
You'll also be able to see that the customer arrived at the top of the booking sidebar, underneath their name.
How to view a customer's attendance history
As well as within the booking information sidebar, you'll also find your customers' attendance history within their customer records. To view your customer records, head to the 'Customers' tab in the left-hand menu.
Then, click on the customer whose attendance history you'd like to view, then click the 'Appointments' tab. Here you'll find details of their past and upcoming appointments, along with their attendance history for each appointment.
