Clearing site data gets rid of anything that might be affecting how that web page is working, without affecting data on other pages.
Clearing site data is a good alternative to clearing cache and cookies, if you only want to clear data from one particular page.
To clear site data:
1. Right-click on the page where the issue is occurring, and click 'Inspect' from the menu.
2. A new window will open. At the top of that window, select the 'Application' tab. If you can't already see the Application tab, click on the arrows and then select 'Application' from the drop-down menu.
3. Click 'Storage' in the menu, then click 'Clear site data'.
4. The site data will now have been cleared. Refresh the page and don't hesitate to reach out to the support team if this doesn't help.
