Sign In Scheduling's calendar sync feature is stable and reliable, but occasionally issues may occur. Most of these issues can be easily and quickly resolved.

Under 'Configure calendar sync', make sure that you've selected the option to sync appointments from your personal calendar into Sign In Scheduling.
We also recommend selecting 'Sync all appointment information'. This allows Sign In Scheduling to display the appointment details, rather than just showing a 'Busy' period.
Secondly, if you notice any errors in the 'Status' box, click to dismiss them.
It can also help to refresh your calendar sync by clicking the 'Refresh calendar' button, under 'Calendar sync settings'. Once clicked, your calendar sync may take a few minutes to refresh. Sign In Scheduling will notify you once it's finished.
If Sign In Scheduling appointments aren't syncing into your personal calendar
Under 'Configure calendar sync', make sure that you've selected the option to sync appointments from Sign In Scheduling into your personal calendar.
Secondly, click to dismiss any errors that might have appeared in the 'Status' box.

If your calendar has been unlinked
If your personal calendar has been unlinked from Sign In Scheduling, click 'Activate calendar sync for more calendar providers' under the 'Calendar sync settings' section.
Then, select your calendar provider from the list, log in, and follow the instructions on-screen to sync your calendar to Sign In Scheduling.
Once you've done this and your calendar has been reconnected to Sign In Scheduling, make sure to select:
- 'Sync Sign In Scheduling appointments into [Calendar Provider]'
- 'Sync [Calendar Provider] appointments into Sign In Scheduling'
- 'Sync all appointment information'
Sign In Scheduling should now re-sync, which can take a few minutes. Once this has been done, your calendar should be successfully connected to Sign In Scheduling.
How to completely remove your calendar sync from Sign In Scheduling
You can completely remove your calendar sync from Sign In Scheduling at any time.
To do this, click on the 'X' next to the calendar(s) you'd like to remove from Sign In Scheduling.
Once clicked, you'll be asked to confirm the action. Click 'OK' to confirm, and the calendar will be removed from Sign In Scheduling.
