10to8 users with an Enterprise/Bespoke plan have access to our Enterprise Connect calendar sync feature. This is a specialized calendar syncing tool designed to sync lots of different calendars centrally; ideal for centrally-managed corporate organizations.
Enterprise Connect works differently from our standard calendar sync feature. If you're looking for information on that instead, click here.

This guide explains how to set up your calendar sync with Enterprise Connect.
Firstly, make sure that the staff member configuring the sync has administrator permissions. See here for more information on managing staff permissions.
- Secondly, make sure that the email address on the staff member's 10to8 profile matches the email address they use within the third-party calendar provider. In the case of multiple email addresses, 10to8 will use the one that was created first.
- For Google Calendar, install the Cronofy application in G-suite. Click here for further instructions on how to do this.
- For Office 365 and Exchange, create a service account with the ApplicationImpersonation role. Click here for further instructions on how to do this.
