Sign In Scheduling can be used with PayPal for taking payments. This convenient feature allows your customers to pay for their bookings without having to create their own PayPal account.

To get started, head to 'Manage' > 'Integrations' > 'Payment providers', then select PayPal from the 'Take payments by:' drop-down.
Then, enter your PayPal account email address in the box that appears under 'PayPal email address to receive funds'. If you're not sure which email address you use for PayPal, log into PayPal and check.
Once you've entered your details, Sign In Scheduling will link itself to your PayPal account. Then, when your customers pay you, the funds will be sent directly to your PayPal balance.
How to set your prices
Once you've connected PayPal to Sign In Scheduling, you can set the prices for your services.
To do this, head to 'Setup' > 'Manage' and click on a service to edit it. Scroll down to the 'Payment' section and select your payment preference from the drop-down. You can then enter the specific price for the service.
When a customer has booked and paid for an appointment with you, you'll see the payment amount reflected in the activity window of the booking details sidebar which can be viewed by clicking on the booking within your calendar or inbox.
Note: in order for Sign In Scheduling to finalize bookings paid for via PayPal, PayPal first needs to process and confirm the transaction from their end. In some cases, this can take up to 48 hours.
What your customers see
When paying for their bookings via PayPal, your customers will not have to create their own PayPal account.
Customers will work their way through the booking process via your booking page. At the point of payment, they'll be prompted to pay via PayPal.
When they click 'Buy now', they'll be sent to PayPal where they can click 'Pay with debit or credit card' to pay without signing in, or they can log into PayPal with their own account details if they want to.
