Sign In Scheduling can automatically send out customer satisfaction surveys to your customers two days after their appointment has taken place.
This guide will explain how Sign In Scheduling's customer satisfaction survey works, and how to use it.

To view and amend your survey settings, head to 'Manage' > 'Surveys'.
To enable satisfaction surveys, click the switch to toggle them on. Click again to disable them. The switch will show as grey when the surveys have been disabled.
Note: by default, satisfaction surveys will be enabled when you create your Sign In Scheduling account.
When satisfaction surveys are enabled, your customers will receive an email two days after their appointment with you. This email will contain a link to the survey. Once clicked, they'll be sent to a webpage where they'll be able to fill it out.
Satisfaction survey questions
The questions sent out in the satisfaction survey cannot be viewed or edited within Sign In Scheduling.
The questions your customers will receive are as follows:
- "How satisfied were you with our service?" (customer will rate out of 5)
- "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?" (customer will rate out of 5)
- "Write us a review" (optional text box answer)
How to receive satisfaction survey results
You'll receive your survey results via email. To select the email address the survey results are sent to, select a different one from the drop-down menu under 'Manage' > 'Surveys'.
Note: If you respond to the survey results email, your response will be sent to Sign In Scheduling, not to the customer! We therefore recommend reaching out to the customer directly if you'd like to thank them or discuss anything with them.
How to display your rating
If you'd like to display your overall rating on your website, you'll be able to do this with the code at the bottom of the 'Manage' > 'Surveys' page.
