10to8 can automatically send out Customer Satisfaction Surveys to your customers two days after their appointment has taken place.
This guide will explain how 10to8's Customer Satisfaction Survey works, and how to use it.

How to Enable/Disable Satisfaction Surveys
To view and amend your survey settings, head to 'Configuration' > 'Messaging' > 'Satisfaction Surveys'.
To enable satisfaction surveys, click the switch to toggle them on. Click again to disable them. The switch will show as grey when the surveys have been disabled.
Note: by default, satisfaction surveys will be enabled when you create your 10to8 account.
When satisfaction surveys are enabled, your customers will receive an email two days after their appointment with you. This email will contain a link to the survey. Once clicked, they'll be sent to a webpage where they'll be able to fill it out.
Satisfaction Survey Questions
The questions sent out in 10to8's satisfaction survey cannot be viewed or edited within 10to8.
The questions your customers will receive are as follows:
- "How satisfied were you with our service?" (customer will rate out of 5)
- "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?" (customer will rate out of 5)
- "Write us a review" (optional text box answer)
How to Receive Satisfaction Survey Results
You'll receive your survey results via email, to the email address associated with your 10to8 account.
If you'd like to change the email address the survey results are sent to, select a different one from the drop-down menu on the Satisfaction Surveys page.
Note: If you respond to the survey results email, your response will be sent to 10to8 -- not to the customer! We therefore recommend reaching out to the customer directly if you'd like to thank them or discuss anything with them.
How to Display Your Rating
If you'd like to display your rating (out of 5) on your website, you'll be able to do this with the code at the bottom of the Satisfaction Surveys page.
