How To Export Data
To access our Reporting Tool, head to 'Reports/Exports' > 'Export Events', accessible from the menu on the left side of your screen.
If you are unable to see this option, you may be in Simple Mode. To resolve this, click on 'Set Up' in your menu, and select the 'Advanced Mode' option.
The 'Run New Report' window will provide you with all of the options you need to export your data. Basic Details will always be included. You can add or remove detail from the report by selecting options from the list. An outline of each field you can include in your report can be found in the 'Data You Can Include' section of this guide.
You have the option to create a custom name for your reporting by modifying the 'Name' field at the top of the report. This can be useful if you wish to run multiple reports. Beneath the 'Name' field is the option to select the timeframe you wish to get a report on.
If you are part of more than one 10to8 organisation, the 'Organisations to include in export' field allows you to choose whether you export details for all businesses you are a part of or just the one you are on, when creating the report.
You can also choose between immediately running the report, or saving the report as a template, for easy future access.
How To Email The Reports To A Staff Member

Enter the email address of the individual you wish to receive this report, and then click 'Run This Report'. This will generate the report, and email it to the address you entered.

How To Send Your Report To An SFTP Server
You may wish to send your report to an SFTP Server. To do so, under the 'Notifications' section when creating a new report, tick the 'Upload Report to an SFTP Server When Completed' option.
This will open a series of boxes for you to enter information. The necessary information for this is:
