Under 'Configuration' > 'Online Booking' > 'Booking Page' > 'Advanced Options', you'll find a range of Advanced Settings which can be configured to further customize and optimize your 10to8 booking page. Click on the 'Advanced Options' drop-down to get started.
This guide will give an overview of these advanced settings and their functions.
Booking Page Link
This option allows you to copy a snippet of HTML code which can be used to embed a link to your 10to8 booking page into your own website. Click 'Copy Code' to copy it to your clipboard.
When your customers click this link, they'll be sent directly to your 10to8 booking page.

This setting, when enabled, allows your customers to book more than one appointment at once.
After they've placed a booking, they'll see an 'Add another Booking' button.
When the shopping cart setting is disabled, customers will complete their first booking before returning to your booking page again to repeat the process for their next booking.
Customer Login Restrictions
When this setting is enabled, only customers who have created a customer account with 10to8 will be able to book appointments with you. This is useful if you'd prefer customers to use the same details (name, email address, phone number) each time.
Customers will be prompted to log into their 10to8 account before they are able to book an appointment.
Add Another Booking Page (Bigger Business)
Users subscribed to our Bigger Business plan and above can use more than one 10to8 booking page. This is useful for businesses wishing to keep particular services separate, on their own page.
To add another booking page, click 'Create Page to use Multiple Pages'.
This will immediately create another booking page. You'll find the new page in the drop-down at the top of the page. Here you can create another one, and rename your existing pages.
Take Bookings From a Subdomain
This option allows you to use your own custom domain to take bookings, which will replace the 'randomstring.10to8.com' domain.
To take bookings from a subdomain, you'll need to purchase and configure your domain external to 10to8.
You'll need to add a CNAME DNS entry to your account with the following details:
- Type: CNAME
- Host: (your subdomain for your booking page) examplesubdomain.mywebsite.com
- Points To: randomstring.10to8.com
If you run into any issues, we recommend contacting your domain provider for assistance.
Note: due to Stripe requiring HTTPS (rather than HTTP), you will not be able to take payments with Stripe when taking bookings from a subdomain.
This option allows you to automatically redirect your customers to your website following a successful or failed booking. Simply enter your web address into the boxes -- this will save automatically.
Note: you must make sure to include the 'http://' prefix at the beginning of the web addresses, otherwise the redirect will return a 404 error.
Simultaneous Availability Setting
This setting gives you the option to take more than one booking within the same timeslot. By default, the simultaneous availability setting will be set to 1, which means only one appointment can be booked within each available timeslot. To change this, input the desired number and it will save automatically.
Note: if you want to avoid double bookings, make sure this setting is always limited to 1!
Customer Future Booking Restriction
This option allows you to limit how many times customers can book appointments with you in the future. If you click to enable this option, you'll then be able to input the number of times you'd like customers to be able to book future appointments. This will automatically save.
Disable Online Booking
If you'd like to disable your online booking page, you'll find the option to do so at the bottom of the advanced options menu. Simply click 'Disable online booking' and your booking page will immediately become inactive, meaning neither you nor your customers can access it.
You can enable your booking page again whenever you'd like to, by clicking 'Enable online booking' (you'll only see this option when your booking page is disabled).
