If you're a customer of a business that uses Sign In Scheduling to manage their appointments, you can create your own Sign In Scheduling customer account to keep track of your bookings in your own calendar.
Creating a customer account will give you access to Sign In Scheduling's customer dashboard. This guide explains how to access and use it.
Note: you do not have to create an account with Sign In Scheduling in order to book appointments. However, we recommend you do if you would like to see all of your bookings at a glance.

How to access the dashboard
To access the customer dashboard, you'll first need to have a confirmed appointment with a business that uses Sign In Scheduling.
When an appointment is confirmed, you should receive a booking confirmation email. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please let the business know. You might want to check your spam/junk folders first.
At the bottom of the confirmation email, you'll find a link that says 'Click to view all your bookings'. Click this link to get started.
You'll then be taken to Sign In Scheduling's customer login page. You will see the options to create a new account and to log in.
If this is your first time accessing the customer dashboard, you'll need to create a new account. If you previously created a Sign In Scheduling customer account, click to log in.
Once you've created your account and/or logged in, you'll be taken to the customer dashboard.
You can see your appointment calendar here, which shows your booked appointments and some navigation options.
Note: to access the dashboard quickly without having to find the confirmation email every time, we recommend bookmarking it within your browser.
How to manage your bookings
The events you see in your appointment calendar are your scheduled bookings. Faded bookings still need to be confirmed by the business you're booking with.
You can click on any booking to view its details. These details will appear in a sidebar to the left of the screen.
In the sidebar, you'll also find options to add the appointment to your personal calendar(s), send a message to the business you've booked with, cancel the booking, and book again.
How to schedule another booking
If you'd like to schedule another appointment with a business you've previously booked with, click the '+' icon in the bottom right corner of the dashboard.
You can then select the business you'd like to book with.
Once you've selected the business, you'll then be shown a list of their bookable services on the right. Click 'See times' to view all of the current bookable slots. After selecting the slot you'd like to book, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the booking.
Booking conflicts
If you see a red 'Conflict' notice in your appointment calendar, this means you have more than one appointment scheduled at the same time.
To resolve this, you'll need to reschedule or cancel one of the appointments. If you need help with this, please reach out to the business you've booked with.
How to delete your customer account
If you'd like to delete your Sign In Scheduling customer account, please reach out to our support team who will be able to help you with this.
If you delete your account, you will need to create a new one to view your bookings using the dashboard again in the future.
