10to8 is changing its name to Sign In Scheduling. This comes as part of our exciting move to join the Sign In Solutions suite of brands.
Our software will also have a new look and feel, which you'll begin to see in our support guides, across our website and our social media channels.
To keep you in the loop on this, we've prepared a set of questions and answers below.
What action do I need to take?
You don't need to do anything! You can keep using our software as you usually would. All features and functionality will remain the same.
What changes have been made to the way the software looks and feels?
We have a new green and white color scheme, to replace the previous turquoise and blue one. We also have a new logo to reflect our new brand name.
Do I have to use the new color scheme?
No! If your account already uses our original theme, we won't automatically change this. If you'd like to switch to the new color scheme, drop our support team a message.
Will my booking page or booking process change?
No. Your booking page will stay the same and continue to work in exactly the same way, as will your booking process in general. Customer and staff communications won't be affected either.
Is the 10to8 domain changing?
No. The original .10to8.com links will always continue to work and we're not going to remove them. In the future we may introduce new links with our new branding, but the original links will always work.
