Your bookings within Sign In Scheduling will appear in your calendar. Clicking on a booking within your calendar will open up a sidebar containing various options. One of the options you have is to attach files directly to your bookings. This is helpful if you're wanting to keep additional information handy for the appointment, stored in one convenient place.
Note: the files you attach to your bookings have a maximum size limit of 50 MB.

How to attach files to bookings
To get started, head to your calendar, locate the relevant booking and click on it. Then at the top of the sidebar on the right, click on the paperclip icon.
You will then be prompted to select the file you'd like to attach to the booking. Once you've done this, click to confirm your selection and the file will be uploaded.
At the bottom of the sidebar, you might see a 'Sending...' status appear whilst the file is uploaded.
Once the file has been uploaded and attached to the booking, you'll see an orange bubble within the 'Activity' window containing the file. Clicking on the name of the file will open it in a new tab.
To attach more files, repeat the same steps. Any additional files you attach to the booking will appear in separate bubbles.
How to remove files from bookings
To remove an attached file from a booking, click on the 'X' in the top-right corner of the orange bubble.
Your web browser will then ask you to confirm your decision. Click to confirm and the file will then be removed from the booking and will no longer be visible in the activity window.
