When an appointment is created, your clients get notifications ahead of the appointment.
For you to track whether those messages have been received or read, 3 different check marks appear next to each text or email notification (confirmations, reminders or personal messages).
- One grey check mark indicates to you that the message was successfully sent.
- Two grey check marks indicate that the message was successfully delivered.
- Two blue check marks indicate that your client has read the message*
*Important note: For text messages, the client has to click on the link that appears with the rest of the information for the system to understand that the client has read the message.
