You might be surprised to know that the average no-show rate for businesses that use an appointment system is 15% (and in some industries a lot higher!). With 10to8, you can reduce that to less than 2%.
Most businesses do not even measure their no-show rate, and are losing a fortune as a result.
In 10to8, it's easy to track no-shows. Click on an appointment in your 10to8 calendar to open the right-hand side panel. Then, click MORE in the bottom right of the screen to see the following:
From there, you can select NO-SHOW if the client hasn't arrived and then the calendar will show you a no-show alert together with the rest of the appointment details.
From the moment you start tracking No-shows, 10to8 will show you a weekly report in the dashboard.
