If you want to start tracking visits to your booking page and how many customers end up booking an appointment, you can use our Google Analytics integration.

Adding tracking to your booking page

To set this up, you must have an account with Google Analytics, and to then follow these steps:

  1. Get your Universal Analytics tracking ID (which looks like UA-12345678-90) by logging into Google Analytics, opening the "Admin" menu, and clicking "Property Settings"
  2. On 10to8 go to "Online Booking" > "Booking Page".
  3. Copy and paste this into the Google Analytics Tracking Code field within 10to8.

What to look for on Google Analytics

10to8 will fire Page View events as users navigate through the booking flow. You can use the following URL patterns to track users as they progress.

The * is a wildcard, to catch parts of the URL that might change in future.
