Let's start with how to actually remove a staff member from 10to8. Head over to "Set Up" > "Staff" and go to the staff record of the staff member you want to remove. Now click "edit" and scroll to the bottom of the page. You should now see "Delete staff record", click on the red link and confirm that you want to remove the staff member.

What happens to the appointments that the staff member had?

When removing a staff member from your business account, it will also remove their calendar on 10to8. Nevertheless, it will not remove their appointments. This means, if they had appointments booked for any time in the future, they are still there. The only way to find them is via the appointment history on the customer record or by exporting all appointment data.

We suggest to assign appointments to a different staff member (by using the change option on the appointment), before removing the specific staff member.
