In order to set up your staff members, go to "Set Up" > "Staff" and click on the green button "+ Add staff".

Enter the staff details making sure you do not forget to enter their email address (otherwise they will not get notifications about appointment requests).

You can decide if the staff member will take bookings or not and add the permission role that applies. 

There are 5 possible staff roles with different permissions:

  • System Admin
  • Can view & edit all appointments
  • Can view & edit own appointments
  • Can view all appointments
  • Can view own appointments
