At 10to8 we offer support to our customers’ via email, the chat icon within the product and the help centre. In our help centre, you can find answers for the most common questions along with popular video guides on how to configure 10to8 to best meet your needs.
In the event that you can't find an answer within our help centre, you can get in touch with 10to8 by sending an email to email@example.com or by using the Intercom icon within the 10to8 app.
If you are on our Grow Plan/Pro Plan or above, you can also arrange a call with our support team.
What can I do when things go wrong?
If you are encountering an error message or you have a technical issue with 10to8, then please first check out our status page. You can find our status page via status.10to8.com.
If there is no issue being reported on the status page, you can email our support team or get in touch with us via the Intercom icon on 10to8.com. As always we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
