There are five possible staff roles with different permissions:


To assign a staff member a permission level, click the edit button and select the level from the drop-down.

System Admin: As the organisation creator, you are automatically a System Admin. You can:

  • Edit all organisation settings
  • Book appointments for customers
  • Make bookings on behalf of all staff members
  • Create new or edit customers details
  • Create new or edit details of other staff members

Can view & edit all the appointments: not able to edit organisation settings. You can:

  • Book appointments for customers
  • Make bookings on behalf of all staff members
  • View appointments, staff members & customers

Can view & edit own appointments: not able to see other staff calendars  and will not be able to edit organisation settings. You can:

  • Book appointments for customers
  • Make your own bookings
  • View your own appointments & customers

Can view all appointments: can only observe the organisation and NOT make any changes or edits. You can:

  • View bookings, staff members & customers but not amend them

Can view own appointments: only able to observe their own appointments and NOT make any changes or edits. You can:

  • View your own bookings & customers but not amend them
