When you invite a staff member, they will receive an email invitation to join your organisation. Here's an example:

The staff member needs to click 'CONNECT' and log in with the email address they were invited with (likely to be their work email address). Once they click CONNECT, they will see a pop up window like this:

They will then need to click on "create a new account" to add their personal details and well as the password to access your account. Once they finish, they can click "Sign up" and that will take them to your account.

If, for any reason, they still can't access your account, ask them to visit 10to8.com and log in using their login details.
