Depending on the error you are seeing, there are different steps you can take.

If appointments from your personal calendar don’t sync into 10to8

  1. Under “Set Up” > “Calendar Sync”, make sure that the calendar you want to sync into 10to8 has a tick against the “Sync {{calendar_provider}} appointments into 10to8”.
  2. If you see any errors in the “Status” box, make sure to dismiss them. You can find out more in the “If you are seeing a “There was an error syncing your calendar.” message” section.
  3. Make sure that the appointments in your personal calendar mark you as “Busy” and are no longer than one day.
  4. Click the “Refresh Calendar” button to reset your sync.

If 10to8 appointments don’t sync into your personal calendar

  1. Under “Set Up” > “Calendar Sync”, make sure that the calendar you want to sync 10to8 into has a tick against the “Sync 10to8 appointments into {{calendar_provider}}”.
  2. If you see any errors in the “Status” box, make sure to dismiss them. You can find out more in the “If you are seeing a “There was an error syncing your calendar.” message” section.
  3. Click the “Refresh Calendar” button to reset your sync.

If you are seeing a “There was an error syncing your calendar.” message

Most errors can be fixed by dismissing them, just click the link provided and wait a few minutes. If the error re-appears please contact us.

If your calendar has been unlinked

Click the link provided in the status box under "Set Up" > "Calendar Sync". This will open up a new screen that will allow you to re-authenticate your calendars.
